Colorful Chibi Rubi

Her outfit makes me remember a little bit Platina from the Pokémon games...but, well, it's just her first outfit, so dammit. By the way, I named her Rubina because of the gemstone (originally she should become a redhead or at least strawberry blond) and Grabowska because "grabic" means "to plunder" in polish. Her last name was originally to be "Grabowitz", because "witz" means "wit" in german, thus transforming the ethymological meaning of the surname into "witty plunderer". But since the slavic languages differs male from female surnames, Rubi would become Grabowitzówna, which is way too long, so I stayed just by Grabowski/Grabowska. Her big sister's name is Saphira, she calls her just Saphi.

So, Sasha and Rubi finally arrive in Kattowitz. He asks her about the criminal's hideout, but she say's she doesn't know the localization, but is ready to discover it. Sasha begins slowly to doubt her... but after all, they finally find the criminal's, and Sasha kicks their asses. After he finishes with them and strappes them all, the police under the command of Polizeimeister Hehlke arrives and takes the outlaws into jail. Of course, Sasha wonders about how quick police came, and Rubi reveals: she tricked him to catch some wanted criminals of Kattowitz, for which was offered a high reward by the police. Now with the money, she returns his portmonee envelope and presents him with a wallet (payed with his own money, but that's just a minor detail he doesn't need to know...). To be real, he feels a little bit being put-upon, but Rubi cheers him up, saying he's a hero, since he really helped the people of Kattowitz to arrest wanted criminals and decides to stay a while with him. Funny thing nobody sees him as hero - he is being avoided and getting expelled everywhere he goes in the city. Little time later, they discover that the criminals they arrested (and those who just got smashed up in Gleiwitz) were actually Robin Hood like smugglers, who fought against Hehlke's corrupt police of Kattowitz who created a monopol of the foodstuff in all the Upper Silesian Industrial Region and sells it for absurd prices. The smugglers stole food from the police and/or smuggled food into the cities to distribute it among the workers.
In other words: Sasha screwed the last hope of the people in the whole Region. Good job, dumbass!
Of course, Rubi has nothing to do with this, doesn't know Sasha, never had seen him befor, etc. And if this wasn't enough, she demans a reward if he wants to know a plan she already thought-out for such delicate situations. Totally desperate, and not wanting to leave the region befor everything's fixed up, he pays. Her plan: leave the region and never talk about the incident again. He doesn't like it, but Rubi didn't gave money-back guaranty for her plan, so she offers another service: she could help him practialy and with a new plan, if he just pays a little tax for it. With no way out, Sasha accepts...
And so it starts. Rubi hears that in some days, a prussian Police Inspector, a certain "Quitzow", from the Silesian Capital of Breslau is about to come to Kattowitz and to consider the policy in the region. Just the right chance to dismask Hehlke and his corrupt cops...
Some hillarious incidents later, a defrosting Rubi invites Sasha to celebrate his 15th birthday in her real hometown, Krakau. And that's just the beginning of the Vagrant Duo.
